Dockyd

Cloud warehouse management for small and mid-sized warehouses

In development

Warehouse management without the enterprise price tag

Dockyd is a cloud warehouse management system (WMS) for small and mid-sized warehouses. It tracks every pallet, bin and pack from goods in to dispatch, runs on rugged handheld scanners on the warehouse floor, and links to SAP Business One and MaxOptra route planning so stock, orders and deliveries stay in step without re-keying.

It is hosted for you, so there are no servers to buy or look after. Each customer has its own separate database.

Goods in and putaway

Receive against purchase orders on the scanner, print pallet labels and put stock away to suggested bins.

Stock control

Stock enquiries, moves, pack break-downs and replenishment of pick faces, earliest expiry first.

Orders to dispatch

Allocate, release pick waves, pick on the scanner, pack into cartons and mark orders shipped.

Counts and stock takes

Blind cycle counts, scheduled count plans and full stock takes, with differences sent for approval.

Features

Built for the warehouse floor and the office

Handheld scanner screens

Fast, simple screens for rugged Android scanners, with PIN or badge sign-in.

Label printing

Pallet labels and pick tickets printed straight to Zebra label printers.

SAP Business One link

Products, orders and purchase orders come in from SAP; receipts, stock changes and dispatches go back.

Works without SAP

Run it on its own with on-screen entry, CSV imports and an API, including for 3PL warehouses.

Controls and audit trail

Adjustments and short picks wait for approval, and every stock change is logged.

Secure, role-based access

Two-step sign-in for office users and roles set per warehouse.

Reports

Stock on hand, open orders, pick productivity, receiving and count variance, all exportable to CSV.

Automation

Scheduled count plans and automation rules run in the background.

Multiple warehouses

Run several warehouses from one account and switch between them.

MaxOptra integration

From the warehouse to the customer's door

If you deliver with your own vans, Dockyd links to MaxOptra route planning. Delivery orders flow into MaxOptra automatically, and the planned routes come back into Dockyd, so the warehouse picks and loads in the order the driver will deliver.

Once the van is on the road, tracking and proof of delivery come back to the order, so the office can answer "where is my delivery?" without picking up the phone.

Orders sent automatically

Own-vehicle delivery orders, with their lines, weights and delivery addresses, are sent to MaxOptra as soon as they are ready to plan.

Routes back in the warehouse

Planned runs, vehicles and drop order come back into Dockyd to drive picking, waves and loading.

Planned orders locked

Orders on a planned route are locked against changes, so the van and the paperwork always match.

Tracking and proof of delivery

Delivery status, tracking and proof of delivery are recorded back against each order.
